List the user's positions.

Authed. Returns the user’s positions (newest first), each carrying its tags array ordered by category then case-insensitive name. Optional filters may be combined.

Comma-separated tag UUIDs; positions must carry every listed tag (AND semantics). Elements that are not UUIDs are ignored; an unknown id matches nothing.
